“Traveling with Alchemy Adventures -- Kim and Eric -- is not traveling. The experience, rather, is soaring.  I arrived in Florence carrying more than my luggage...I was a little peppered with emotional dents from just life and its adventures and misadventures, ready for a release from being the "me" I had been forever. Kim softly and graciously opened that door for me to explore, ponder, walk quietly with myself, and surround myself with the incredible group of women who walked alongside me.  Each step through that beautiful countryside, each breath of mine, in and out, was medicinal.  Out with the old, and in with the beautiful new. We walked, we climbed, I turtled, we laughed, we cried, we learned, we sang, and sometimes, I strolled along alone, happy and quiet with myself, and that was fine.  And Eric, all I can say is WOW, the man kept us safe, always on a "path" of sorts (it's Italy!) and, like Kim, subtly enabled us each to find our way, inside and out.

The towns were each unique and memorable, the eating and exploring experience with the group was -- there really is no adjective -- it just was, and I'll never forget it...closing my eyes and remembering always makes me smile. Always. I made dear friends for life, and am thankful that I got the chance to shed, to grow, to know that I am so, so strong and lovely. So I didn't travel through Tuscany with a bunch of women, I happily and freely soared with those precious people.”
